Two prenatal visits , individually tailored to what feels most important for you. We may discuss your birth wishes, create a birth plan, learn about and practice labor coping techniques, discuss how labor and delivery might unfold, and/ or whatever else arises for you.
Continuous support throughout labor and delivery
Two postpartum visits.
*24 hour on call phone/ text availability starting at either your 37th or 38th week of pregnancy, depending on your individual situation.
Sliding scale fee of $1600-$1800 This fee is agreed upon before we start our work together.
Birth preparation visits:
For those not wishing to have a doula present at their birth, but still desiring some focused pre natal care, processing, or help understanding the birth journey and all of your options. I can offer help exploring what you are truly feeling and experiencing around your pregnancy and upcoming birth , and what to expect based on your choices. I can help guide you to information and community resources based on your specific questions or needs. It is my hope that our time together will leave you feeling empowered to birth without fear, but centered in your power!
$75.00 per visit + tax (a visit is usually about 1.5 hours)
Post Partum care packages:The immediate post partum time is a tender time full of many new emotions and experiences. As a post partum doula I offer in home support to help ensure the new parents are tended to as they learn to tend to their new baby. This support may include ( but is not limited to ) : cooking and serving you nourishing foods ( in bed, because you"re healing from birth!) light cleaning such as dishes and laundry, rocking baby while you rest or shower, and breast feeding support.
$30/hr + tax in 3 hour blocks
